Step 1
Your Double Tree journey starts with a complimentary design consultation; one of our design experts will identify your requirements and scope of work and help you find a furniture solution that best fits your choice.
We recommend our customers have their floor plans, photos, and measurements ready for this first consultation.
Step 2
Double Tree primarily works on Made-to-order basis. Our design team will create your personalized 2D and 3D designs, giving you a visualization of how exactly your new furniture will look and function in your assigned space.
We will fine-tune your designs until it matches your expectations. Your final designs will include your choice of inside material, finishes, and hardware accessories.
Also, in this process, we will let you know the calculated price of your furniture order.
Step 3
After you confirm your order and pay a portion of your calculated price – our production team will conduct a final measurement of your space, double-checking everything (e.g., skirting, expose, handle type, etc.).
After everything looks correct, our production team will get in action with their expensive and advanced machinery aiming to deliver seamless finishing and fittings.
Step 4
At Double Tree, we have our own modular systems installation team that works on a timeline that fits you. Our installation team members are professional – they are trained to work cleanly and hygienically. If your order is outside our service area, we will connect you to a nearby modular installation expert.
