Your Double Tree journey starts with a complimentary design consultation; one of our design experts will identify your requirements and scope of work and help you find a solid wood furniture solution that best fits your choice. We recommend our customers have their choice of wood species, floor-plans, photos, and measurements ready for this first consultation.
Step 2
Double Tree primarily works on a Made-to-order basis. Our design team will create your personalized 2D and 3D designs based on your given measurements and chosen species of Solid Wood. We will fine-tune your renderings until it matches your expectations. Your final plans include your choice of Solid Wood, Polishing, and hardware accessories. Also, in this process, we will let you know the calculated price of your furniture order.
Step 3
To provide the best-finishing results, we at Double Tree not only collect error-free Solid Timber as per your order/requirement but also season your wood in our expensive and technologically advanced heating chambers for 15 days X 24 hours in 100° that result in termite and warping (Lehar) free lumber. This process also helps the finger joints in our customer’s order intact.
Step 4
After you confirm your order and pay a portion of your calculated price – our production team will conduct a final measurement of your space, double-checking everything. After everything looks correct, our production team will get in action with their expensive and advanced machinery aiming to deliver seamless Solid Wood polishing and fittings.
Step 5
At Double Tree, we can dispatch your entire order in one piece or ship your order dismantled, and you can fit it with your choice of carpenter. If your order is outside our service area, we will dispatch your order in pieces (dismantled)
