Kuldeep Plywood Industries is one of the pioneer plywoods companies which started its operations when the plywoods manufacturing technique first came to India in the early 90s. After numerous expansions, Kuldeep Plywood Industries currently occupies a systematically planned 150,000 Square-feet manufacturing facility in one of the oldest and most expansive Industrial Areas in Lucknow, India, just 5 minutes by car from Lucknow Airport, Amausi, and our supply chains run PAN India as well as abroad.
We are well known for manufacturing all standard thicknesses – 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 18mm in Plywood, 12mm Densified Shuttering Plywood, 19mm Block Boards, and 30mm Flush Doors. Upon request, we can make customized Plywood, Block Board, or Flush Door orders (e.g., 28mm plywood, 25mm Block Board, 40mm Flush Door). Our unit in Lucknow is equipped with a high-capacity boiler, heavy hot press machines, fine DD Saw, and expensive calibrated machines ensuring each Plywood, Block Board, and Flush Door dispatched from our factory being unmatched strength and low thickness variation.
Plywood manufacturing is a lengthy and manual process that makes errors like thickness variation and bonding issues commonplace; to avoid mistakes, we are one step ahead and take quality control very seriously. Here are some of the vital quality control steps we take –
1. We hammer every plywood sheet that comes out of our hot press – this step helps us identify any bubble or pocket in our Plywoods.
2. We do extensive thickness checks in four places on both sides of Plywood – this measure helps us to maintain low thickness variations across all our production lines.
3. We do water boiling and nailing testing three times a day for different batches of our Plywood, which not only helps us to identify any bonding issues but also if we have any defects in our resin (glue).
